Vrijdag 17 januari vertrek ik weer naar Tanzania. Net zoals vorig jaar ben ik in het plaatsje Marangu in de Kilimanjaro regio. Samen met onze lokale partner stichting Mokicco, gaan we een aantal project oppakken en uitvoeren.<\/p>\n

Dit jaar staat het bouwen van een watervoorziening bij de Shule ya msingi Mkolowony school, twee verblijfruimtes voor pas afgestudeerde leraren en een winkel bij de Shule ya msingi Ashira op het programma. Dit alles vindt plaats in de Moshi regio.<\/p>\n

De geweldige bijdrages en sponsoring die we uit verschillende hoeken ontvingen, maken het mogelijk om dit allemaal uit te voeren. Ik wil niemand in het bijzonder noemen, omdat ik anderen niet tekort wil doen. Dankzij alle bijdrages kan onze kleine stichting een hoop grote dingen doen en dit is allemaal te danken aan de steun en hulp van alle donateurs.<\/p>\n

Naast de eerdergenoemde projecten lopen er ook een paar kleine. Denk hierbij aan de empowerment projecten voor alleenstaande vrouwen en het betalen van lunches voor kinderen op de lagere school. Verder kunnen we wederom een hoop kinderen helpen met het betalen van hun schoolgeld.<\/p>\n

We hebben dit jaar een aantal nieuwe studentensponsors aan ons (en vooral aan de kinderen) kunnen binden. Fantastisch dat jullie dit doen. Voor 70 euro per jaar kan je een student laten studeren en help je mee aan een betere toekomst voor dit mooie Afrikaanse land. Wil je ook graag een student sponsoren? Neem dan contact op met mij of iemand anders van onze stichting.<\/p>\n

Dat was het voor nu. Ik ga verder met het pakken van mijn koffers en ik houd jullie op de hoogte van alle ontwikkelingen rondom onze projecten. Tot gauw!<\/p>\n
